I’m bracing myself for an article that I supplied some quotations for in New York Magazine about… ugh… Asian Americans. I’m probably going to look like a total ass –maybe a self-hating Asian or a messed up tiger daughter or something.
So going to the photo shoot, I kind of felt like I was going to my own execution. But the actual photo shoot ended up being really fun; the photographer and hair/make-up assistant were really solid and professional.
I didn’t do anything too retarded, either. Still, bracing.
